Duties

• Manage and lead diligence reviews for real estate transactions.
• Negotiate joint-venture agreements and commercial contracts.
• Handle purchase and sale transactions.
• Engage in real estate lending work on either borrower or lender side.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in Florida.
• Reside in South Florida at or prior to the time of hire.
• Work in the Miami office at least three business days per week.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
