Duties

• Manage and oversee litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Prepare and file legal documents in state courts.

• Represent clients in court and during negotiations.

Requirements

• Knowledge of state court litigation filings and service procedures.
• Familiarity with civil procedures and legal terminology.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Commercial/civil litigation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in WordPerfect, Word, Excel, and Legal Solutions.
• Knowledge of bankruptcy law is a bonus.
• Detail-oriented and able to work within commuting distance of Sherman Oaks.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
