Duties

• Draft sophisticated transactional documents.
• Manage complex projects and matters.
• Train and mentor junior associates.
• Interact directly with senior partners and clients.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of transactional experience with health-care focused clients.
• Knowledge of federal and state health care regulatory environments.
• AmLaw 100 experience preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials, writing, and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) of practice.
