This role is on the Forecasting and Retail Position Manager (RPM) Product teams within the Energy Marketing Powerhouse team (EMPH). The Product Analyst is responsible to support both the Forecasting and RPM Product Managers with managing the lifecycle of each of their products. Responsibilities include managing specific customer engagements and implementations, scoping and implementing new features, testing, and building collateral that supports the product area. In addition, this role will play a leading scrum master role in work with the various product teams within the Energy Marketing Americas Powerhouse. You will support various product teams in parallel through quarterly planning, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, review/demos, retrospectives and release planning meetings. You will help the organization, teams and individuals in building the Agile mindset using Agile principles and practices through coaching, facilitation, mentoring and change managements skills.

Accountabilities
Provide support to the Product Manager with managing product lifecycles.
Support or directly manage specific implementations of Forecasting and RPM products.
Build and maintain collateral that supports the products.
Work with functional partners to ensure that security and operations features are incorporated into product development. Conduct product testing in collaboration with software engineers on the team.
Provide regular and ad hoc data and reports on the product/portfolio to stakeholders.
Manage the product backlog and write product specs for new features.
Work with engineers to build, test, and implement the product roadmap.
Mentor and coach teams, teams of teams and agile coaches in a collaborative environment focused on achieving the effective Agile Transition
Strategic advisor on agile strategy and scaling agility
Enterprise and business agility advisor / consultant
Support leadership applying agile frameworks and mindsets
Possibility of work with on-site teams, so need may to travel
Spinning up new teams and putting structures in place to assure their success
Agnostic approach to lean and Agile frameworks, helping teams to choose their ways of working based on their environment and challenges. Sharing of best practices to achieve goals
Bring together Teams of Teams and orchestration of teams
Implement effective governance, escalation, and reporting
Senior stakeholder management
Design & implement OKR’s. Identify, suggest and collaborate with development and product manager on measurable improvements for the teams understand the business priorities in upcoming sprints and able to impact beyond areas of responsibility
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lifecycle, standards and supporting processes and practices
What we need from you?
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
Minimum five (5) years relevant work experience using agile practices, supporting development of IT digital/product solutions
Scrum Master, Product Owner and/or Kanban certification
Demonstrated experience leading/driving multiple IT Product delivery teams in parallel
Experience working in Jira, creating and managing issues and utilizing Jira dashboard and reporting capabilities
Experience of working with multiple lean and Agile frameworks and scaled Agile approaches (i.e. SAFe)
Prior experience of working with Jira Boards and Advanced Plan (tooling experience principles may apply across other delivery products)
Ability to manage the dependencies between team capacity, prioritization, issue tracking and committed deadlines in Jira
Desirable:
Experience working in geographically distributed teams
Experience in Power, including Pricing, Forecasting, Machine Learning, and/or Trading
Experience creating marketing collateral and case studies
Mentoring and coaching skills & experience, online and F2F
Ability to work with strong stakeholders and demonstrate strength and certainty to them, helping them to achieve goals
Ability to orchestrate multiple teams and establish governance
Ability to identify and organize processes to enable CI/CD (Continuous integration/continuous delivery)
