Duties

• Manage and prioritize a large caseload related to foreclosure, bankruptcy, and mortgage banking.
• Draft and review pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Attend hearings and status conferences.
• Collaborate and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the firm’s internal teams.
• Provide creative solutions to complex legal challenges to help mitigate client risks.

Requirements

• Florida Bar membership.
• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Prior experience with title, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and/or mortgage banking is a plus.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Florida Bar certification (must be in good standing).

Skills

• Strong litigation and drafting skills.
• Knowledge of foreclosure, bankruptcy, and mortgage banking laws.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide creative legal solutions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high-volume workload.
