Duties

• Collaborate with accountants, financial advisors, and external professionals

• Maintain frequent client communication to foster long-term relationships

• Manage multiple cases and deadlines in a dynamic legal setting

• Provide regular status updates during internal case review meetings

• Engage in business development efforts to contribute to the firm’s growth

Requirements

• Active license with the California State Bar

• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling estate planning matters from intake to document execution

• Proficiency in interpreting and applying estate, tax, and trust principles

• Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with integrity

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Clear and articulate communicator, both in writing and speech

• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar in good standing

Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software

• Familiarity with legal document automation tools; experience with WealthCounsel is preferred
