Senior Paralegal-Litigation

The candidate under general supervision of the General Counsel legal staff, this position performs paralegal services of general to advanced complexity, requiring the use of judgment and discretion on a periodic basis. Works with attorneys to perform litigation management including electronic and paper research, file organization and maintenance and eDiscovery, and provide Legal approval for independent contractor requests. Maintains and administers the department docket and other time sensitive activities in conjunction with established department guidelines and procedures. Prepares letters, memos, reports, and other documents, as directed and maintains the department calendar. May coordinate compliance related projects and activities involving internal and external parties as directed by management. Develops a positive relationship with individuals throughout the company, as well as external parties. Prepares, collates, and distributes various specialized reports as requested by management. Conducts document review and analysis and interpretation of data under the direction of management. Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping a high degree of confidentiality on all sensitive information.
