The position requires travel within the Phoenix metro area to meet potential clients.

Duties

• Serve as the primary legal contact for prospective new clients during the intake process.
• Conduct intake consultations by phone or in person with empathy and professionalism.
• Evaluate potential claims based on liability, damages, and overall case viability.
• Identify significant injury and high-value matters appropriate for firm representation.
• Clearly explain the legal process, client expectations, and fee structure.
• Answer client questions thoroughly, building trust and confidence.
• Maintain accurate documentation of intake decisions and case details.
• Collaborate with intake staff and leadership to ensure a consistent client experience.
• Assist with additional intake-related or administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing.
• Extensive experience practicing law, with a preference for personal injury and trial experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly assess facts, issues, and client needs.
• Calm, professional demeanor when working with individuals experiencing stress or trauma.
• Strong attention to detail and sound professional judgment.
• Comfort working in a structured, metrics-informed environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in good standing.
