Duties

• Draft motions and conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings.
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting.
• Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California; additional state licensure is a plus.
• 3-12+ years of experience in insurance defense preferred.
• Experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, employment, and other insurance defense proceedings required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar certification required.
