Duties

• Represent military members, veterans, federal employees, contractors, and security clearance holders.
• Draft legal briefs, appeals, motions, and memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Develop case strategy.
• Participate in consultations with prospective clients.
• Manage matters independently while collaborating with colleagues.

Requirements

• Active law license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Five or more years of legal experience preferred.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Military, federal, administrative, employment, litigation, investigative, or regulatory experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active law license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
