Should have 3-5 years of experience covering a range of employment and labor matters, including advising multi-national employers on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions; counseling on all aspects of the employment relationship internationally, from pre-hire to post-termination; and devising and implementing multi-jurisdictional employment projects. Must have class action litigation experience. Strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral presentation skills, and Illinois or California Bar admission are required.
