Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of family law experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania with a clean disciplinary record.
• Availability for mediations, court hearings, and trials.
• Stay informed on legal changes affecting clients.
• High-speed internet and a suitable remote work environment.
• Ability to travel to courts in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Skills

• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
