A law firm in New York City is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with plaintiff-side experience to join their team. The Personal Injury Attorney will be responsible for advising and guiding clients on a variety of claims including slip & fall, construction, and motor vehicle accidents. They will conduct thorough investigations, prepare legal documents, represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings, and stay updated on personal injury laws and legal developments.

Duties:

• Advise and guide clients on claims including slip & fall, construction, and motor vehicle accidents
• Conduct thorough investigations to assess and build strong cases
• Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to execute end-to-end litigation
• Prepare legal documents including complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective case management
• Stay updated on personal injury laws and legal developments

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
• Licensed in New York State
• 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
