- Collaborate with legal and business teams to ensure compliance and successful deal execution
- Assist with due diligence investigations and analysis
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of law firm experience in corporate transactions
- Significant experience in mergers and acquisitions
- Expertise in the energy industry, including power, renewable energy, and oil and gas
- Familiarity with project finance, infrastructure development, construction contracts, and tax equity transactions is advantageous
- Strong academic record with excellent writing and drafting skills
- Licensed to practice law in Virginia preferred
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications:
- Admission to the Virginia State Bar (preferred)
