Duties

• Handle commercial lending and real estate transactions.
• Engage in land use and permitting matters.
• Conduct title examinations and manage title insurance.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices.
• Manage complex legal matters and deadlines.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in commercial lending and real estate.
• Experience in all phases of commercial loan and real estate transactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complicated matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Existing book of business is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership (or anticipated) in Maine.
