A distinguished law firm located in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to handle a diverse caseload across civil, commercial, and real estate matters. Duties:

• Represent clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including commercial disputes, tort claims, and real estate-related cases

• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda with precision and strategic insight

• Manage cases from inception through trial and possible appeal, including motion practice, depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations

• Communicate with clients regularly to provide legal advice and updates on case developments

• Collaborate with internal legal teams to develop case strategy and maintain quality control

• Appear in both state and federal courts as required

• Participate in appellate work as needed

• Maintain compliance with procedural rules, filing deadlines, and court requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience handling complex matters independently

• Demonstrated ability to manage caseload efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment

• Exceptional legal writing and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and analytical thinking abilities

• Experience with Federal Court or Appellate Court clerkship strongly preferred

• Bankruptcy litigation experience is considered a plus

• Commitment to providing high-quality service to clients across industries

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Arizona in good standing

Skills:

• Advanced legal research and persuasive writing skills

• Proficiency in managing electronic discovery and litigation support tools

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a legal team

• Strong interpersonal and client-relations skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on deadlines and outcomes
