Duties

• Manage and oversee real estate, civil litigation, and creditors' rights cases.
• Utilize case management and reporting software effectively.
• Conduct court appearances and manage related travel.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, or creditors' rights practice.
• Strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice, and loss mitigation.
• Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA.
• Commitment to superior client care and proactive communication.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership of the New York Bar.
• Additional Bar licenses are a plus.
