Duties

• Manage a high-volume caseload under senior attorney supervision.

• Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy.
• Communicate professionally with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced legal environment while meeting strict deadlines.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• Prior experience in litigation or insurance defense is a plus.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow under senior attorney guidance.

Education

Certifications

• Licensed with The Florida Bar.

Skills

• Familiarity with premises liability, personal injury, workers' compensation, auto claims, or maritime law.
• Courtroom or deposition experience is helpful.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
