A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Associate to join its team in Raleigh, NC. The successful candidate will work on a variety of employment-related legal matters, providing representation and counsel to employers in diverse settings.

Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and discrimination charges.
• Represent employers in court, administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Provide advice on labor and employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 5+ years of litigation experience, with a preference for employment law background.
• Active NC bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly.
• Understanding of court and employment-related agency procedures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in North Carolina.
