Corporate Associate

The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of general corporate experience. Should ideally have experience with negotiating and managing asset purchase transactions. Experience with real estate matters is preferred, including experience with telecommunications, leasing, title and survey, transfer tax, and general real estate matters. Strong academic record and excellent writing skills required. Large law firm experience preferred. Must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
