Duties

• Provide litigation defense for cyber insurers and major corporates.
• Engage in 24/7/365 breach response services.
• Collaborate with global teams on cyber matters.
• Develop litigation strategies and communicate with clients.
• Draft reports, pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Participate in mediations and trials.

Requirements

• Admitted and in good standing in the respective state.
• Additional state admissions are a plus.
• 3-6 years of federal litigation experience or 2-6 years of incident response work.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant state.

Skills

• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Ability to draft legal documents and argue motions effectively.
• Experience in crisis management and regulatory issues.
