The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. Must have 5-10 years of experience in employment benefits and executive compensation. Should preferably have experience drafting and reviewing employee benefits plan documents and summary plan descriptions for defined contribution, defined benefit, welfare plans, trust agreements, employment agreements, HIPAA compliance, and deferred compensation arrangements, as well as, contracts and service agreements related to employee benefit plans. Withdrawal liability experience a plus. Must have excellent writing, oral advocacy, communication and legal analysis skills.
