A law firm in Champaign is currently seeking an Attorney with 0-10 years of commercial litigation experience. The ideal candidate should hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and possess an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Job Details:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in commercial litigation matters.
• Conducted legal research, analyzed complex legal issues, and provided strategic advice.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
• Stay abreast of legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.
• Handle caseloads with varying degrees of complexity.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.
• 0-10 years of experience in commercial litigation.
