Corporate Attorney / Non-Partnership Track

The candidate will involve acting as the junior lawyer primarily responsible for diligence on M&A transactions, and also representing clients in connection with daily matters including commercial contracts. Strong performance in this role can lead to other varied experiences within the practice that will add to the skill set and build your base of client work. Should have the ability to multi-task and prioritize is also required.  We prefer candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds and must be admitted to the state bar or in the process of doing so in the state of employment.
