Should have experience across all areas of patent office litigation, including inter partes review, post-grant review, covered business methods, and ex parte reexamination. Should have a portable book of business for the firm. Experience working across areas such as mechanical, electrical, and food technology preferred. License to practice law in Washington, Oregon, New York States or Washington, D.C. (or the ability to waive into practice in one of the areas) essential.
