Working in the CCB Architecture Governance team, your passion
for technology and thirst for innovation will help shape the future of New
Banking Architecture now and for years to come. Every day, you’ll bring
critical day-to-day leadership and thinking to the table, working with
architects across CCB to drive standardization of technology architecture,
improve architecture governance and controls and define and communicate CCB
policy and guidance relating to technology architecture and the Software Delivery
Life Cycle.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams and business leaders
alike, both within CCB and the wider firm, to create an environment that
fosters the generation of strategically sound and secure technology
architecture. Your work will have tremendous and positive impact, whether it’s
in-house or in collaboration with technologists across JPMorgan Chase &
Co.’s global technology community.
This responsibilities of this role include:
Ensuring
technology architecture governance and control for 2,200 active
applications in CCB
Improving
tools and procedures relating to technology architecture and driving
standardization across CCB
Defining
and communicating CCB policy and guidance relating to technology
architecture
Lead
working groups to improve processes and tools relating to technology
architecture
Representing CCB’s interests in meetings and forums run by
Corporate program teams in the areas of technology architecture

QualificationsThis role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: BS/BA degree or equivalent experience Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines Fluency in architecture and design across all systems Knowledge in at least one area of technical architecture Strategic thinking and passion for business strategy and business processes Experience in risk and risk control compliance Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals Experience in technology architecture Experience of application architectural standardsExperience in process optimization, simplification and automationStrong communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas, processes and recommendations effectively at all levels including senior management Experience in chairing and coordinating meetings and large forums involving senior stakeholders Good negotiating and influencing skillsStrategic thinking and passion for business strategy and business processesAbility to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.Proven ability to work across multiple teams and operate effectively in a global organization.Project management skills ideally with a technology background a plus Our Consumer & Community Banking Group depends on innovators like you to serve nearly 66 million consumers and over 4 million small businesses, municipalities and non-profits.
