Larkin Hoffman, one of the largest full-service business law firms in Bloomington Minnesota, is seeking a highly motivated attorney with 3 years of experience to join our Land Use/Real Estate/Government Relations Department. Preferred candidates will have real estate transactional and land use experience, including the following: leasing, purchases/sales, development projects, commercial loan transactions, construction contracts, easement agreements, title registration proceedings, local government and agency experience, land use matters, condemnation, zoning matters, and subdivisions. We are looking for an attorney with outstanding academic credentials, drafting skills, communications skills, a dedication to client service and a commitment to excellence in the practice of law.
