- Advise clients on zoning, land use regulations, and environmental issues.
- Handle title insurance matters and resolve title issues.
- Represent clients in real estate litigation matters, if necessary.
- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in real estate transactions.
- Experience in acquisition and sales transactions, land development, and financing.
- Experience representing developers in the homebuilder and/or apartment developer industry preferred.
- Juris has a doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Membership in The Florida Bar.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Membership in The Florida Bar.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of real estate law and transactions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
