A law firm in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a passionate and experienced Immigration Lawyer to join its mission-driven team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload focusing on family-based immigration cases, including T visas and VAWA cases. This role involves direct client engagement, providing exceptional legal advice and customer service to undocumented Mexicans and Central Americans, and leading a dedicated team to maintain the firm's high success rate in filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload with a focus on family-based immigration cases, particularly T visas and VAWA cases.
• Handle a large volume of cases, ensuring the highest standards of research, writing, and case strategy.
• Engage directly with clients, providing exceptional customer service and legal advice.
• Offer legal counsel and support to undocumented Mexicans and Central Americans.
• Lead and manage a dedicated team, driving success and maintaining the firm's 100% success rate in filings.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Conduct thorough legal research and develop effective case strategies.
• Prepare and submit high-quality legal documents and filings.

Requirements:

• Should have 3+ years of experience in immigration law.
• Proven experience managing family-based immigration cases, including T visas and VAWA.

Skills:

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent research, writing, and case strategy skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the United States.
• Membership in good standing with the relevant State Bar.
