Duties

• Prepare for and conduct depositions.
• Draft pleadings, including dispositive motions.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery.
• Attend hearings and participate in trials.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado and in good standing.
• Experience with Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Experience in insurance defense and construction defect litigation preferred.
• Prior experience as a Judge's Clerk is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado.
