A law firm in Buffalo is seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of corporate or business transactions experience. The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice in the state of New York and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in corporate and business transactions
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transactional documents
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various legal issues
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties
• Manage and organize case files and documents
• Attend meetings, hearings, and negotiations as required
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client representation

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of New York
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate or business transactions experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Organizational skills are a plus

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Admission to the New York State Bar
