Duties

• Manage a mid-level caseload effectively.

• Attend and prepare for court proceedings.
• Participate in mediation sessions.
• Review and draft legal documents.
• Conduct consultations with potential clients.
• Collaborate with Senior Attorney and Paralegals for case reviews.
• Input billing time entries into the billing system.
• Review billing hours with Senior Attorney.

Requirements

• Located in San Antonio, TX.
• 3-7 years of experience in Family Law.
• Ability to handle court hearings and mediate effectively.
• Texas bar license in good standing.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
