Duties

• Handle complex lending transactions independently.
• Negotiate substantive provisions of loan agreements and related documents.
• Manage purchase and sale agreements for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Engage in redevelopment work, particularly in New Jersey.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney.
• Significant experience with commercial real estate financing, preferably borrower side.
• Admission to practice in New Jersey or New York.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey or New York.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex transactions independently.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
