Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of labor and employment law experience, including litigation.
• Active Virginia law license.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and counseling skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in relationship building.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia.
