Duties

• Represent veterans in disability benefits claims and appeals.

• Draft briefs, Nexus letters, and legal arguments.
• Communicate regularly with clients and Case Managers.
• Use digital tools to review and organize evidence efficiently.
• Ensure all deadlines and compliance requirements are met.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with a state bar (Michigan preferred).
• Prior VA law experience or strong interest in disability advocacy.
• Excellent legal writing and communication skills.
• Comfort with digital tools and remote collaboration.
• Commitment to client-centered service.
