Duties

• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in settlement negotiations.
• Maintain detailed case files and documentation.

Requirements

• 2 years of plaintiffs' personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of Texas tort law and personal injury litigation procedures.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
• Trial or deposition experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
