Duties

• Draft and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories and requests for production.
• Conduct reviews of medical and employment records to identify key case facts.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Support trial preparation by drafting motions and preparing exhibits.
• Manage expert witnesses, including selection and testimony coordination.
• Provide clear and timely client updates and case status reports.
• Utilize cloud-based platforms and AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the California State Bar.
• Minimum 4 years of commercial or civil litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes and procedural rules.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with cloud-based litigation platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Education
