Director of Intake
The candidate's responsibility will be to assist the firm and the team in meeting and exceeding new client goals, revenue targets, and firm expansion. Manages the intake team and relieves the Owner of the day to day management of the intake employee pipeline in the organizational chart. Responsibilities include outreach to potential new clients, managing the pipeline and follow up process, onboarding & conversion, retention of existing and former clients, will have delegated authority to organize and manage events and other tasks related to intake and is allowed to call upon other staff for assistance. should have educational background in hospitality, sales, marketing or psychology at the Associates’ Degree level or higher, or the DOI, should have work experience in sales or psychology at an equivalent level.
