Duties:

• Manage litigation cases and represent the firm in legal matters.
• Provide accurate and timely legal counsel to executives on various legal topics.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and legislative changes, contributing to the firm's legal knowledge base.
• Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies and manage legal risks.
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties, including regulators, external counsel, and public authorities, to build trusted relationships.
• Draft and review agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to protect the firm's legal interests.
• Maintain integrity and responsibility while handling complex legal issues.
• Monitor compliance with internal governance policies and ensure adherence to legal standards.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Washington.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal issues with professionalism.
• Dependable, ethical, and trustworthy with a professional image.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Washington.

Skills:

• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage complex cases with minimal supervision.

Location:

Benefits:

• $200 monthly retainer fee.
• $100 hourly rate for additional work.
