Duties

• Handle civil litigation matters in employment and business law.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence.
• Conduct depositions and appear in court.
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Advise business clients on compliance, structure, and strategy.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver excellent client service.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in California.
• 4+ years of experience in civil litigation (employment and/or business law preferred).
• Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom skills.
• Ability to lead cases from start to finish.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California State Bar license.
