Duties

• Administer probate estates in Maryland.
• Draft basic and sophisticated estate planning documents.
• Incorporate estate and income tax planning into documents.
• Conduct legal research and writing.
• Communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Licensed, or eligible to waive in, to practice law in Maryland.
• Licensure in the District of Columbia and/or Virginia is a plus.
• Member in good standing of the Maryland Bar, or eligible to waive in.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Maryland.
