Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Attorney in Cherry Hill, NJ. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating mortgage loan documents for various financings, conducting due diligence, and managing closings. Familiarity with mezzanine lending and intercreditor agreements is preferred. Candidates with Bar admissions in PA, NJ, NY, and/or CT are welcome.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate mortgage loan documents for acquisition, bridge, and construction financings.
• Conduct due diligence related to real estate transactions.
• Oversee the closing process for real estate financings.

Requirements

• 7-12 years of relevant experience.
• State Bar Admission required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in PA, NJ, NY, and/or CT preferred.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in conducting due diligence.
• Ability to manage complex closings.
