Duties

• Manage individual caseloads independently.
• Analyze and prepare applications for EOIR, USCIS, and other immigration offices.
• Conduct legal research to develop strong arguments for Immigration Courts and Asylum office.
• Utilize the firm's case management system and database accurately.
• Represent clients before the Asylum office, USCIS offices, and Immigration Courts in Virginia and Baltimore.
• Attend to relevant Virginia law matters as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, with a positive attitude.
• Member in good standing with their state bar.
• Motivated and eager to learn with strong multitasking skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney (VA barred preferred).
