The candidate's duties include: Processes documents: scanning, labeling, mailing, sharing, organizing, shredding; Manages the service process of legal documents; Mails out and processes payments; Notarizes signatures; Manages office files; Manage rent payments for the office; Help legal team prepare for events; Helps the CEO with marketing and gathering data for reporting; Assist in building the company culture: sending out gifts and thank you notes; Occasionally running documents to the courthouse; and Miscellaneous tasks to support the legal team and CEO. High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree, Business or relevant field experience is a strong advantage.
