A law firm seeks a Review and Analytics Counsel in Chantilly, VA. This role offers a unique opportunity for experienced attorneys to work on sophisticated matters involving complex review projects. The position involves managing high volumes of litigation documents and providing expert guidance in the review process.

Duties

• Provide expert guidance for the review process.
• Manage second-level review with a focus on privilege review.
• Oversee vendor teams and internal review teams.
• Develop protocols and procedures for complex review training.
• Participate in discovery negotiations and risk management.
• Collaborate with attorneys and advisors throughout the EDRM lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including co-counsel and vendors.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to a US bar; willing to obtain DC admission if necessary.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in privilege and second-level reviews.
• Understanding of relevant case law and legal developments in eDiscovery.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage competing responsibilities and deadlines.

Education

• J.D. degree from a major, accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to a US bar.

Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Relativity and other document review platforms.
• Experience with AI tools like Brainspace and Relativity aiR.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
