A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate to join its Dallas, Texas office. This role offers the flexibility of remote work for part of the week, enabling seamless communication and collaboration. The Associate will engage in all phases of litigation, focusing on strategic thinking to achieve client goals.

Duties

• Attend hearings and take and defend depositions while executing litigation strategies.
• Draft written discovery, including interrogatories, document requests, and requests for admissions.
• Manage client communications throughout litigation.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients, complying with case management requirements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission and good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in research and discovery.
• Strong litigation experience and proactive team player.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission and good standing with the Texas State Bar.
