Internship, Summer
The interns are brought into the work flow and are assigned duties commensurate with their experience. As much as possible interns work with all aspects of case development/litigation under the supervision of an attorney. Intern duties include: legal research, observing court proceedings, interviewing witnesses, settlement negotiations, pre-trial discovery, and drafting documents. 1Ls and 2Ls are considered.
