Location

• Phoenix, AZ 

Duties

• Manage civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Represent clients in personal injury, bodily injury, and wrongful death litigation.
• Handle construction defect cases (preferred but not required).
• Conduct depositions of lay and expert witnesses.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda.
• Prepare cases for trial, mediation, and arbitration.
• Provide legal counsel to insurance carriers, businesses, and individuals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong background in personal injury and wrongful death cases.
• Experience handling construction defect cases is a plus but not required.
• Proven ability to conduct and defend depositions.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the State Bar or eligibility for admission.
