2nd Shift C3 Sheeter Machine Operator – Full-Time – Sanford, NC 27332

We are offe ring a $1000 sign-on bonus for all new hires. The starting pay for this position is $15.30/hr. with a shift increase for second and third shift. We have open positions for second and third shift.

This facility operates five days a week with potential for overtime and produces Taco Shells and Tortillas.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process and insuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for operating the sheeter in the Corn department.

This position is responsible for tasks such as monitoring the sheeter, making adjustments as needed, and reporting any issues to the supervisor or lead.

This position is also required to fill out various log sheets. This position is required to follow all Tyson safety rules. This position will be exposed on a routine basis to warm temperatures ranging from 65-90 degrees, wet/ and or humid conditions, slippery floors in some areas, and concrete floors.

This position also may be exposed to airborne particles, and a noise level loud enough to require hearing protection.

REQUIREMENTS:

6- Month operator experience listed on the application (can be combination of employers as long as experience is at least 6 months)

Must have 6 months work exp in the last 12 months, (can be combination of employers as long as experience is at least 6 months)
