Associate for Intellectual Property Transactions

Candidate will work directly with R&G’s global M&A deal teams and take a leading role in advising on deal-related IP and technology law matters, including providing drafting and negotiation support for purchase agreements, drafting and negotiating associated commercial agreements (e.g., IP licenses and assignments, transition services agreements, supply agreements, etc.), and coordinating and supervising IPT diligence activities performed by junior IPT associates. Will also play a key role in M&A-specific IPT knowledge management and training activities. Will practice alongside some of the most recognized attorneys in the profession. 3-7 years of experience supporting M&A transactions across all industries is required.
